1)
If any defects or problems among the goods were found,
the customer needs to keep us informed within 10 working
days after the receipt of the goods/container. The
clear photos showing the defects of the goods would
be required. We may also ask some articles with defects/problems
to be mailed to us for a further study.
2) For any claims over USD1000, we 'd ask for the
formal inspection certificate issued by a competent
authority to be sent to us by airmail.
3) Once the claim is approved, we shall reimburse
the customer or send the replacement of the goods
at the customer's opinion.
4) The claim with the amount exceeding the value of
the goods with defects/problems will not be accepted.
