- Quotation: 1) Owing to the fluctuating ocean freight all the time, we hope to work on FOB China Port basis with customers. 2) The quotations for item numbers beginning with “Q” are based on FOB Qingdao, and others are based on FOB Dalian. 3) If the unit price is less than USD0.50, we'll have to retain 3 digits after the radix point. - Sample: 1) If the samples are needed, we kindly ask both the sample cost and the sample shipping charges to be paid based on EX Works terms. 2) Sample lead-time: Usually within around 3 or 4 weeks after the request; The samples required during a trade fair can usually be shipped out no later than the end of the following month. With the heavy sample production task each time after a trade fair, a few sample orders will possibly be fulfilled a little bit later. - Order: 1) Minimum order: Minimum order per item: Glass Items: USD1000 per item; Other Items: USD300 per item (except extra big items); Minimum order per shipment: Either Glass Items or Willow Items, the minimum order is 20’ full container. For the other items, the minimum order is above USD5000. 2) Lead-time: 70 ~ 90 days depending upon the order quantity, season and the status of the storage of the raw materials in our factories. FCL is the most preferred. - Label: If needed, we can offer free barcode stickers at the size of 4.5x2.8cm or 3x2cm printed in black and white color. For other type of labels or tags, the customers are welcome to either supply or afford the printing cost. - Fumigation: Regarding the items made of natural materials, the prices quoted already cover the cost of Fumigation / Disinfection, but this is subject to the orders of FCL. We strongly suggest that no polybag be used for the packing of the items made of natural materials. - Payment: By Irrevocable L/C at sight; if the total order amount is less than USD20,000, the payment by 40% deposit, and the balance to be settled by the time of the shipment is also acceptable. - Franchise: 5% - Responsibility: As many articles that we deal in may contain the components that are prohibited to import by some of the countries, so we strongly suggest customers to check careful before placing an order to our company.
